Cooking helper for ATITD

Cordon Bleu is a freeware available for all three of ATITD's OSs. It predicts the duration of recipes using data from the Wikipedia's cooking section and helps players make better bases using it. Some knowledge of how cooking works is recommended.

Changes in 2.5.6:

• Added tool to recalculate dominance list from the data files. Use with care, incomplete/incoherent data will produce weird lists.
• Fixed text encoding bug which made edition of the data files on Windows and Linux difficult. They should now be editable in simple text editors without problems.
• Far more up to date data, including recent research on interactions with herbs and shrooms and the correction of some mistakes in the interactions between primary foods. Thanks to all the contributors!
